Opening Day: Presenting Subo Mo’to to the Judges

We stood proud, shared our ideas, and started our journey in Entrepreneurship Week 2025.

The opening program of Entrepreneurship Week 2025 was a big moment for us. As we stood in line with the other teams, we felt both excited and nervous. When it was our turn, we proudly introduced Subo Mo’to—our name, our concept, and the dishes we had prepared. Facing the judges, we explained our menu, our inspiration, and what made our food special. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but at the same time, it felt great to finally share what we had worked so hard on.

Looking back, standing there as a team made me realize how much effort we had put into this. We weren’t just selling food—we were showing our passion, creativity, and teamwork. The judges listened, asked questions, and gave us feedback that made us even more confident. No matter what happened next, we knew we had already achieved something big. Entrepreneurship Week had officially begun, and Subo Mo’to was ready for the challenge.
